Fall Mission Trip:
Carolina Rebuilding Ministry
Trip Dates:
Friday September 18 - Monday September 21
Register by Tuesday, September 8!
Cost is $50, scholarships available if needed, e-mail Campus Minister Ryan Spurrier
Spend your long weekend bringing God's hope by repairing homes in and around Windsor, NC!
We'll leave campus on Friday after class, work all day Saturday, got to worship on Sunday Morning, work Sunday Afternoon and Monday Morning, and then head back to campus.
Our good friends Jim and Phyllis Polhamus will be organizing our trip again!
This trip is an opportunity to use your hands to help home owners make their homes more safe, secure, and sanitary. In many cases, we'll be fixing homes that were previously damaged by tropical storms and hurricanes and have never been properly fixed.
All you need is a willing spirit. No prior skills or experience are required; we’ll have people there to teach you what to do and how to do it.
The people we help on these trips are those who were not able to get help from either the government or insurance. If not for the church, it would be exceedingly difficult for them to repair their homes.
I'm not sure yet if Felicia the van will make an appearance, but I'll see what I can do. If you miss her, you can always follow her on Instagram @felicia.cruzin
Questions? E-mail Campus Minister Ryan Spurrier.
