2018 Wesley Justice Week in Washington DC

2018 Wesley Justice Week in Washington DC

January 2-7, 2018

Steinbruck Center

Interested in learning what justice means from a Scriptural perspective?  Want to learn how to go beyond talking about justice to make an actual, positive change in the world?

That is what this trip is all about.

Spend six days in Washington, DC, delving deeper into your own passions for justice and return to campus more prepared to be a change agent.

This will be a new kind of trip for Wesley:  not quite a mission trip (though we may do some service), not quite a retreat (though it will be deeply Spiritual, and we'll be spending a lot of time with friends).

But, it will be different:  we'll be taking long, deep looks into ourselves, at the world around us, and into the hopes and dreams of God for a just and peaceable world.  Our goal is to return to campus with a road map of how we will partner with God in the healing of our community.

Much of our work will be done as a community (think small group meetings), and so, we are limiting the trip to 12 participants for effective group dynamics.
